Identify friction in your customer journey, receive three priority fixes and see a tailored booking-screen concept before investing in development.
When a customer wants to book, can they choose the right service, see the price or how to request a quote, tell whether they are requesting a slot or confirming a booking — and know what happens next?
When those steps are unclear, customers may leave or contact your team with questions the website could answer. We identify the friction and propose a practical way to address it.
Suitable for cleaning, maintenance, salon, wellness and other service teams managing bookings through websites, phone calls or WhatsApp. Have several branches or a complex booking system? Describe your setup in the request form and we’ll confirm whether this assessment fits.

No. Use the assessment to plan your next steps; implementation is optional and separately agreed. If you accept the implementation proposal and pay the agreed project deposit within 30 calendar days of receiving it, the AED 499 assessment fee is deducted once from the implementation service fee. The credit has no cash value and excludes hosting, subscriptions and other third-party charges.
We commit to the stated assessment deliverables. Booking results depend on customer demand, traffic, pricing, availability, service quality and implementation, so the assessment does not guarantee revenue or booking increases.
Your website address, main service list, pricing or quoting approach, an explanation of your booking process and brand assets where available. We don’t need customer passwords or identifiable customer records. Delivery is within three working days after your consultation and receipt of the required information (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by OM4BIZ); we confirm the date once both are complete.
The AED 499 fee covers one business, one website and one core booking journey; any legally applicable tax and the final amount are confirmed before payment. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the full Assessment Terms and Conditions, supplied before payment.
